Quality Assurance Protocol

Three-Tier Quality Inspection Protocol

1. Incoming Material Control

Every incoming shipment of steel bars, rods, or sheets is logged. We verify the mill-test certificates and perform localized chemical testing to confirm chemical compositions.

2. In-Process Evaluation

Throughout milling, grinding, and heat treatment, floor inspectors pull sample pieces to test for geometric alignment, joint tolerances, and rockwell hardness values.

3. Final Acceptance Testing

Prior to packaging, every instrument undergoes copper-sulfate testing or autoclave boil testing to check passivation effectiveness. Final dimensions are checked.
